I was wondering if you guys could share some webpages with house design, where the company offering the Design have calculated building costs.

 

I have been searching a bit and found some Webpages that offer this but often they haven’t calculated prices. Often it’s also very difficult to browse through all the houses because they offer like 300 different design, but only show pictures and not much more. 

maybe I use the wrong word to search on google. What is the correct business term for house plan?

 

Please help me out here.

It's also worth visiting your local amphur office, most have books (and books) of free, pre-approved designs which you can adapt.

 

Costings, you'll need to talk to a local builder.

Costs of a new build range anywhere from 8000 baht to 15,000 Plus per sq meter depending where you build and what the finishes are.
