Myran
Good decision. The ban has likely done it's job keeping people from congregating around Songkran.

Magenta408
The saga of a soap opera, incest and alcohol sales. Tomorrow it may change. Who knows. I suspect that a good number of deep pockets have come up with the fiat needed. Big deal!!!

I foresee a mad rush to fill up the liquor pantry as the absence of logic from the people who control the green light/red light may fully well shut it down again on a whim. The new regulation does not allow for this, what matters now are the stated hours for purchase or sale of alcohol irrespective of quantity."

For example what's stopping Phuket governor imposing ban on alcohol and so on.
sirocco
POST 106 Hey! Hey! hey, i'm from a country where it was closer to 45 °, and the beer, we put it in a container filled with fresh water and ice cubes, and not vice versa. Either way, Thai beer is disgusting, so drinking it with ice or not, maybe that improves it.
