Can one buy booze today Coronation Day

Featured Replies

Hi And suspect after just one day of uplifting buying Booze today and on wednesday are public holidays.
Please confirm as I suspect that one can not buy, Correct?

You buy booze today unless you are in of the odd provinces that are still not allowing sales of it.

I can only confirm that on May 6 no alcohol allowed as it is a major Bhuddist holiday.

Today is the first time celebration of coronation day.

Unlikely there will be a ban due to this.

Not seen any news.

Im ok for the next month you should have stocked up Sunday just in case they ban it again

It might be easier if we start listing the days that you CAN buy alcohol in Thailand, rather than the days you cannot.

Yes  Chip Butty and read the stories of those restaurants on the river and other instances and people everywhere seem determined to ruin it for the majority and those getting trolleys and trolleys of booze. Home consumption or more likely sold on.
I got 2 boxes of beer this morning but my Thai wife and I agreed they could slap the ban on in an instance.
Thanks all the idiots, to put it very mildly.
