It may come as a surprise to you but people have to have had a vaccine before there can be any positive result.

There are no vaccines that come with any guarantee. From your article

Now tell us how many could have contracted the disease if everyone in those provinces had been vaccinated.

That vaccine is for mice, not for human. 

As an American I fully agree test it on them first, they'll agree to anything as long as it's a drive through !

Spanish flu had 3 waves.

 

If you are vaccinated it would be a wise move to get an antibody check a few weeks later. If you pass, it would be simple to get a certificate to confirm this. Sensible for countries to insist on this for free entry to their country.

Well being that China may very well have made the virus I guess they should be more advanced in making a vaccine. Probably hold the world hostage with it. Let's hope advanced western nations come through. Personally I wouldn't fancy a CCP developed Covid-19 vaccine.

As it has been confirmed by everybody except Trump that China didn't make Covid-19 (see a couple of threads running on this already) its much more likely that big pharma in the US would hold the world hostage if they were the first to produce a vaccine. Gotta make a buck.

I don't see how a vaccine that doesn't contain bleach, comet or some other toxic substance can possibly work.
