I have a wide screen, and screen movies from Torrents Galaxy which is great, but a lot of the time it is like watching through a letterbox with about one third of the screen missing. Is there anyway I can find out which movies are like this before I stream them, it can sometimes take hours to stream a movie only to find this out, I just cannot enjoy movies like this.

 

When you look at a list of movies, there are lots of numbers and letters after them, and sometimes the same movie is listed two or three times. So is there any way of finding out which movies are like looking through a letterbox before I stream them?

Look for 1080p... 1920p x 1080p in full.

Certain video players, like VLC, allow you to change the screen aspect of what you are viewing.
