If a person enters the kingdom, then sends household or personal effects within a 6 month period, then they are tax exempt. That's just one idea, have a read and see what you think? I've had motorbike accessories from America, UK, China and other Asian countries into Thailand no problem. They were just labelled motorbike parts.
