your routine?

Recommended Posts

interested in expat farangs ,whats your daily routine and has it changed since the virus?

what are your normal waking hours?

Since retiring  or living in Thailand do you follow the same routine every day ?

im interested to know exactly how many hours a day on the internet?

obviously if your retired then I don't think spending hours and hours a day on the internet or facebook or whatever is bad ,beats sitting in a bar

interesting more are <snip>, I had a expat farang once tell me that after 16 years living in Pattaya he found that more satisfying...and cheaper...than a bargirl ,nd very rarely had he needed their services,he became tired of them.

I wonder if that holds true in most cases of long term expat farangs particularly in places like Pattaya?   <snip> becomes part of the daily routine to satisfy sexual urges to either save money or because its better than a BG...????

I can't imagine why someone would want to do that.

OK. My routine post Covid. Up at 5am. Cappuccino and toastie whilst doing a bit of surfing watching the news. 8.30am Small full English and another cappuccino, made by the wife. 10.30 shower and BJ. 12.30 lunch. Catch up on UK TV then siesta. 5pm. swim (since Monday). 6pm more food. Surfing and watching UK TV. 9pm bed and Netflix movie. Apart from trips to the bedroom, most of my waking hours are spent on the patio.

Pre Covid not too dissimilar but would dine out 3-4 times per week and have an evening soiree in a local bar once or twice per week.

I missed my visit to the bars the least, initially, now I miss them the most.

As you get older beer tends to look better value for money.

1,500bht can buy me a lot of beer, and it takes longer than 10 minutes to finish.

10 minutes? Surely you jest. These days the girls in my local bar call me "Khun haa natee".

Yes. I don't fully understand it but I always get the urge for a bowel movement at precisely 5am. Once you're up, you're up. Breakfast dispatched, wife yak yaks me to have a shower. "OK teerak but only if I can see some point to it."

Haven't <snip> for more than twenty years, women quite happy to help me out, especially here.

My routine alternates between my condo in Chiang Rai and my GF's village, I can have a bonk, buy a beer any time I want, and have a 100 baht 1 hour massage there. In Chiang Rai, I play golf and wait for the dental clinics and condo swimming pool to reopen.

Not far off, I'm sure several dentists have paid a deposit on their Mercs from my mouth.

100 baht is in the village, it would be 150 baht in Chiang Rai if they were allowed to open.

I ve never really had any sort of routine, I just take it as it happens. Wake up any time from 8 am until midday. I would say a minimum 6 hours a day on the internet. Bars are places where I meet friends from different locations around town just to socialise. As for wa**ing, I once read that it can help people suffering from anxiety/depression. I dont want to get depressed so I use it as a preventative measure.
