Thai Visa experiencing hacking or my computer ?

I am not sure where the problems lay, but every time I open up a TV page I get blasted with Ad's and unwanted videos popping up. I have scanned my computer for virus etc but to no avail. Is it my computer or has TV got hacked or gone over to ridiculous advertising extremes ? One video keeps popping up right in center of screen which I have to close just to read the articles, states VDO.AI at the bottom corner. Anyone else experience these infuriating problems or might it be my machine ?
