Naew Na continued their reporting of the arrest of overstaying foreigners under the policy of immigration chief Lt-Gen Sompong Chingduang to clear up Thailand.

This time immigration officers and tourist police in Ayuthaya arrested 29 year old Phetsavan L. from Laos who was walking down the road.

He was on overstay of 481 days.

The media urged the public to continue to call 1178 to report illegal foreigners and keep Thailand safe.

Yes, he must have had some really dangerous shoes that went with that Armani suit

From the looks of the clothes and non-shoes, it looks like he couldn't afford to get home and wanted to get picked up is my thinking!!  Free ride to the border!!

Picking on a Lao guy who did not have all their silly documents and did not want to wait for weeks on the Thai side of the border without work or funds so as to get through and be put in quarantine for two weeks, again without work or money.

Meanwhile it's OK for convicted drug smugglers and abusive ministers to be allowed

to bedeck the hallowed halls of parliament.!!!

Clean up Thailand? They're looking in the wrong direction.
