Laptop RAM upgrade - Where in Bangkok?

Featured Replies

I have to upgrade my laptop RAM.  I prefer to take it to a shop and have them install it.  Can anyone recommend a specific shop at Pantip or Fortune Town?  I remember there used to be a shop at Fortune Town that only did RAM upgrades but that was years ago.

Any of them will do, if they are open.

Best avoid booths and go for real shops.

Look for 'cleanness' , no dissembled second hand computers parts on the floor.

So you can be near to sure the memory is new and not refurb.

With JIB and Banana you're sure of the guarantee and insurance.

With one-name company see it working and tested before leaving.

I not mine from ordering online and installed myself.

Have a few (unused) spare here. Mostly DDR3 memory.

"Pro-Corner Computer Repair" on 3rd floor is a dependable shop.  English spoken.

I can recommend "Memory Today" as well.

Before you waste a trip, GOOGLE your exact model number/RAM and make sure it can be upgraded.  Many less expensive laptops have RAM integrated into the motherboard and can not be upgraded.  You might also discover your laptop is already at maximum.
