looks like it may be a micro burst from a very active Cu Nim.  You can see through it, so maybe not as bad as it looks. 

Great Picture! Those weird, yet normal, Thai localized downpours. Dumps in one place and 50 meters away, bone dry.

Looks like a microburst - albeit a little un as not much angry cloud - pretty common in the CM bowl.

Either that or dodgy alien with fluffy ship nicking rice farmers.

God has decided to water one solitary field.  Isn't nature incredible.
