A 40 year old Thai man employed by an export company has surrendered to police after a road rage incident that saw two female teenage "Big Bikers" come off their vehicles in Saphan Mai, northern Bangkok, on Wednesday night.

Wechinee, 19, and seventeen year old Nene T. (a Japanese name) were riding a Yamaha M-Slaz and a pink Kawasaki Ninja.

Nene, of mixed Thai Japanese parentage, is a contestant in the Mister and Miss Teen Thailand 2020 beauty pageant. Road rash injuries were reported by Thai Rath.

Yesterday at noon forty year old Nuttawut gave himself up to Bang Khen police. He said that he was on his normal route home along Pahonyothin Road when trouble started between him and the big bikers in the tunnel at the Bang Khen roundabout.

He had tried to get past and sounded his horn but they would not yield.

One of the bikers drew alongside and said something but he didn't know what as they were wearing a full face helmet. Trouble continued all the way north to Saphan Mai when he admitted that he went into them causing them to come off their bikes.

He said he was a big biker himself and he thought they were men. He didn't stop and help as he was very angry and feared retributions.

He turned up with an insurance assessor saying he was very sorry and he would settle everything. He said his vehicle - a Nissan Almera - was damaged too.

He has been charged with reckless driving causing injury and damage and not assisting at the scene of an accident.

For those who were wondering ......... not a potential winner IMHO.

Would point out at 17 she is restricted to driving bikes under 110cc.

The little honey in the purple skirt (48 seconds) looks way more tasty!

Big bike big CC, road rage small IQ, all too known issues on Thai roads...

Small IQ is part of it, but nothing compared to EQ, Emotional Intelligence, where Thais score.... well the score did not register on the scale...

The statistical normal distribution of IQ here is only 10 points lower than for farang countries. Not enough to explain the lack of emotional control which would win a prize here anytime..

Typical cowardly Somchai! ????????

Happy to attack with a weapon (such as a car) or with friends around, but basically a coward.

Did he cause them to come off the bike?  He should be charged with attempted murder.

It would not be attempted murder in any other country because in most countries if they died it would be vehicular homicide.  That being said there are a few things here that should be looked at.

1.  2 bikes are not supposed to be riding side by side

2. 1 of the riders was not licensed for the bike she was riding and I am willing to bet that she was not insured for the bike either.

3.  At least one of the riders pulled up beside him and harrassed him.

4.  Phanonyothin is a wide 3 lane road in that part of Saphan Mai so if he could not pass them then what ever they were doing would have to have been on purpose.

5.  In today's world if you had been harrassed by 2 riders with full face shields would you think they were male or female.  Remember that today a lot of males have the same build as females.  I can tell you that I would not stop.

6. I would probably call the police and give them their license plates and have them charged but we know how well that works.

As to the drivers actions there is a lot more than is seen here.  If the girls and I am sure they were watching their mirrors if they were blocking him saw him coming up to go through them then they would have had the time to pull to the side and let him through.  The only way that he would have hit them is if they refused to move and thought they could intimidate him.  (Something you would expect form male Thais with little brains)

It does not say that these ladies were hurt it just says that they got a little road rash which may be a good lesson for them in the future about playing chicken with cars.

I agree he should be charged with reckless driving and that if he was in a western country that he should have immediately driven to the nearest police station and reported it but he this is THAILAND.
