Featured Replies

I am not American but as an Australian who comes from a country where the single largest massacre of unarmed citizens by a gunman - 35 victims I am sad that this tragedy has occurred in the United States.

I would like to extend by sympathy to the family and victims of this and other similar events that have happened around the world.

Please do not make this thread an anti American or gun law debate it is not appropriate to do so, please just consider the loss of these lives.

The guy who did it was a wackjob, however, I do feel sorry for Asian men in the US. They are mostly considered to be small, feminine nerds and unattractive to women. The white guys take all the hot Asian girls and Asian guys are left with nothing.

An ugly white guy can join the football team or other sports team and have a possibility of actually getting some nooky, but Asian guys are usually too small.

This doesn't excuse what he did, but I can understand his frustration with life in general. :o

The true frustration is felt on the part of the families who lost loved ones.

Sympathy is not really strong enough for the feelings of any parent on the planet. Outrage, anger all come into the myriad of emotions when such an event takes place. However, being a none American I will be honest. These feelings have not lasted as long as they should before a type of resignation has set in, as a lot of folk shrug their shoulders with the weight of the grief and sadness but shuffle on with their lives with a sense of resignation that it will happen again.

As CB told us to avoid anti-Charlton Heston rants, out of respect.......I will.

RIP and let it end soon.
