Not used one for years!

There is a 7 THB songthaew that will take you to MRT Blue (05).  You can 

connect to ARL without changing trains, if you go south.  Process will be similar if you are taken to Mor Chit..driver might even let you off at MRT.  Train to Bang Su will bring you with 100 m of Bang Su MRT...
