Visa agents are owned by the corrupt immigration.  An IO can determine by a simple look at your visa stamp which agent you used

      Spot on .

Thai immi get a back hander from agents , everybody happy ..

From the farlang , turning up @ immigration , with everything in order ,

IO,  gets sweet nothing, and pencil in this farlang , get visit soon , from immi soon ..

I have a "friend" who is a plain clothes immigration officer, he looked at the retirement extension stamp in my foreign friend passport, and straight away told us which agency had arranged that extension.

Over to you

Over to me?   Like I said, they are standard  stamps, no difference between them, bar the office stamp and IO signature

You realize that this money goes in their pocket? The government pays their fuel.

It looks like every time they ask you for money you pay. Don't be surprised if in the future they create arbitrary problems with your application and offer to make this problem go away for a fee. People like you are the reason why many people have problems with legit requests.

You are full of crapolla, hiring a lawyer to make your case would be a

whale of a lot more, and would not change a thing for the next guy in line.

If you don't know that, you know much about Thailand.

With  30 % of a population , with certain jobs, expecting tea money

it would take wholesale firings and restaffing to even began to change it.

No, they cannot privately sell visas at an extortionate rate and they also have to follow rules in regards  to who is eligible to receive visas .

They cannot sell visas for a higher rate , well they do, but thats against the rules and illegal

Man you got a bug up your pooter tonight.

Don't come to Thailand thinking you have rights you don't pay for,.

Rich drunk rear ends a car killing 2, he heads to a Wat to do 2 weeks

as a novice monk, gets out spreads the baht around,

begs forgiveness , gets suspended sentence.

Pay your freight, and otherwise try to avoid contact with

people in green uniforms.

That is the rule.

Guess their cutting out the middle man agent and want the whole slice for them self's. Cant blame them as they must be hurting since the free amnesty started and as today its extended again till Sept. 26.

I've never had a problem doing my non-B in Nonthaburi, ever since Suan Plu was used for extensions. Never been bribed in 20 years and no fellow worker has ever been bribed. Note the accusation was made by a facebook user. That's very brave of them. perhaps they sould come forward and explain exactly what happened and who was involved.

Rogue office. One of the worst. If I dealt with that office I would set up Sham address and deal with CW.

They do home-inspections...how would that work with a false address?

I'm always amazed at the overweight of the IO's....many of them have it but still wear the tight clothes and white sneakers or even cheapo slippers.

This is not our country.

Even in our country, this kind of thing also might happen.

Take it or leave it. ????????

If all legit complaints  were reported via the  number advertised in  every Immigration Office  the apparent volume of accusations might have  some positive effect!...

The advertised number is 1078.

To improve the chances that my complaint goes on record I would do it in writing to:

Office of the Prime Minister

Post Office Box 1111

Bangkok 10000
