The second video clip shows a white kid with arms with raised walking past at least three SWAT team assault trucks and a police cruiser while still armed. Apart from one cop from a SWAT truck asking him if there's "someone injured straight ahead?", there are no armed cops fanning out screaming, "Get down with your face in the ground! NOW!! Drop the gun!! Get down NOW!!!"
