Thailand should begin to allow Non-Imm O-A Visa holders to return to Thailand.  They chose Thailand to live in and either rent property or buy property there and support loved ones.  This can be done safely, we can be tested and quarantined at our own expense, no need to panic, this can be done safely.

this government is not making easier for people to come back to thailand

they do not want anybody back...now or not in the near future.

but the problem is noboxy will venture to thiland

because other government know that Thailand played game withthe covid numbers. and they have not  done much testing. 

 

even if I permitted to go back which I can- have a spouse and pay for the quarantine...i will be hesitant to venture in thailand for fear of getting the virus. 

I will need to stay in thailand for a good 6 month. I can't take the family on a holiday in thailand. and see theirgrandparents. 

 

The Covid 19 treatement is going through established procedures and guidelines,  and perphaps there will be some containment drugs before the vaccine. It will help a little but

I think people will not flock to thailand like they did before.  

 

For sure the chinese, they have only one week holiday.

You misread my post, I am not one of those prepared to jump through hoops and pay thousands of pounds.

I am currently in the U.K., my Thai partner and son are here with me sitting waiting till the government comes to its senses and realises that the current procedures they have in place will drive Thailand into recession.

Because that zero case is a myth and Thai government propaganda at its best.

The top virologists at Oxford University who are responsible for the development of the vaccine completely disagree with what you are saying.
