Does anyone have a Thai friend who do wholesale Tie Dye Maxi Skirts and Ponchos like the attachments . 

I asked my wife, she's a student at Surapachon technical school in Chiang Mai. She buys a lot of fabric at the Chinese market, says they sell them there, wholesale and retail. She also said that they are sold in Luphun but I don't know where.
