Dating 22-Year-Old Thai Bubble Tea Girl - She Just Asked for 30K/Month – Am I Being Played?
A good excuse for if you have no money to pay, you can’t pay. I can hear you on a date. We’re going Dutch?, Correct? Have you considered going back home and working a real career? -

I wouldn't touch that with oven gloves. My current girl is an 11, and I have provided photographic proof to some posters on here, whom I trust, but I certainly would not plaster her photos all over the internet without her consent. As for you not paying, I remind you, Elvis, Depp and Sinatra are celebrities, who had to pay. Yet you claim you don't. So you have more celebrity and status and good looks than Elvis, Depp and Sinatra had, clearly. I'm full of admiration...for your bs. And yes, most girls are liars, the very, very vast majority, that much is true. -

For those who built a house, was it cheaper than buying a pre-built one?
OP here much appreciate everyone sharing your experiences! Reading through the replies perhaps I should have added, with all you learnt through the experience, in hindsight would you recommend it given the THB savings and the freedom to build the design you want?
