Pattaya City councillor ‘paves’ the way for safer roads
The first thing they should do is to totally replace the Pattaya pavers with concrete and make the footpaths stable. Pavers aren't suited in Pattaya given the unstable soil. -

After A Lifetime Of Adventure, Why Is It Now So Hard To Pop Off?
I'm no expert but from personal experience IMO that is not true, or just BS. However, IMO once a day is about right, and 3 a day is not a good idea at any age. I have to do it less, but that's nothing to do with compromising my health. It's just too much like hard work to do it every day. -

Senator Tammy Duckworth of IL is on the Senate Armed Services Committee. She is a Democrat. Also, she is a retired Lt Col from the Illinois Army National Guard who lost both legs while flying a Blackhawk helicoprter in Iraq. The helicopter was shot down. Her questions to Hegseth will be very interesting. This is irreleavnt to the subject but she was born in Thailand and is half Thai. -
