Finally, the outdoor market area is fully functioning again.  Looks like a 10 day festival.  Very above average food, at good prices, and very clean...They have the stage set up, but were just playing recordings.  I don't think it goes late..good place for family, prams, granny, etc...Free shuttle from TaoPoon MRT, but traffic is so bad that it is better to take Bang Pho MRT and it is an easy five minute walk.  It's alive but not crowded.  Clean restrooms inside..
