Changing a UK passport from child's to adult - what documents?

My daughter needs a new UK passport. At present she has a child's UK passport, which will expire next month. She is now 16 years old, so her new passport will be an adults one. Can someone clarify for me, what supporting documents she needs. THIS IS NOT HER FIRST UK PASSPORT

She is dual nationality with both Thai and UK passports. We live in Thailand.

I appreciate any help, as I have had conflicting info and want to get it right.
