PHUKET: Heavy rains over the past week have helped to replenish the island’s three main reservoirs to healthy levels, meaning island residents may be spared water shortages for the rest of the year, the new Phuket Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) Chief Sophon Thongsai has announced.

A steady shower each day for the past week, looks greener & feels fresher around here.

No floods thank goodness.

Rain, rain and more rain.  It's been a wet last few weeks and well needed to fill these dams up.

The tourist business need a healthy boost next
