Jeffr2
Half of Republicans say Biden won because of a 'rigged' election: Reuters/Ipsos poll Easy to explain. They get their news from far right media outlets. Sadly, they fall for the fake news. And actually believe the lies told by politicians.

And in the same way refused to sign into law a tax bill that would have saved businesses like his tens of millions. Snd dies anyone recall how that light to the world volunteered to have his own resort in Florida used to host the G7 regardless of the cost to America and the otger G7 nations. That is why they have to investigate. They did this with the full and complete knowledge that the bogus dossier used to start the process was bought and paid for by the DNC and Hillary Clinton. Given that history of manufacturing evidence it is only reasonable for the Republicans to see if similar dirty tricks were used to bump up the vote. I totally disagree with your statement that record turn out should have been expected. With Biden you had rallies that could not even draw enough people to fill a bus. Should we also investigate whether Elvis is alive and well and working at a 7-11 in Keokuk, Iowa? 45 and his minions keep throwing excrement at a wall hoping something sticks. Nothing has. Nothing will. As for the Russia investigation, why don't you sit down and read the SSCI report, produced under the chairmanship of the Republican Party. It's 1000 pages, so will take some time. It notes 147 contacts between 45 officials and Russian intelligence types, not a single one of which was reported in anyone's SF86 security clearance application. It notes other intel that would have made it a gross dereliction of duty on the part of the FBI NOT to investigate. The investigation resulted in 32 indictments of GRU operatives, outlined in great detail the efforts of the "Internet Research Agency" to create false information about HRC. It also showed that a few days after being appointed Campaign Manager, paul manafort traveled to Spain to meet with Konstantin Kilimnik, a Russian intel asset, to hand deliver detailed polling data of 45's campaign, which the GRU then used to microtarget voters in key swing States with false information about, inter alia, HRC's health, Uranium One, etc. Also noted in the SSCI Report was that 45 was aware, via communications from roger stone, what Wikileaks had (the hacked DNC and Podesta emails) and when they were going to release it. That means 45 committed perjury in his written answers to Mueller's questions. Get the SSCI Report. Read it. Clearly you need the education, as your statement is at odds with reality. 2

Ya think the size of the Biden rallies might have anything to do with the fact that they didn't actually hold them because had they followed Trump rally rules (basically none) they would have violated CDC recommendations? Maybe, just maybe, Biden isn't so desperate for pproval that he would help propagate a pandemic just to satisfy that need. What contempt Trump must have not just for his supporters but for all Americans to be wiiling to have so many of them die just so he can stage rallies. Biden voters, not being misled by their candidate, quite properly decided overwhelmingly compared to Trump voters to cast their votes by mail. 2

So far none of the investigations launched by the Trump administration have brought any charges against any so called conspirators. Mueller did not absolve Trump of obstruction of justice chatges. And a federal judge severely scolded Barr for misrepresenting the contents of the Mueller report. Yet somehow that same lack of enthusiam translated into 80 million votes. Without evidence of election fraud there is no reason to hold up certifying the result and acknowledging the obvious; Joe Biden won by a conclusive margin in the popular vote and will win by a decisive margin in the Electoral College vote. There was no "two year assault on Trump", there was an investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 US election and possible ties with the Trump campaign, and there was abundant evidence of both. Russian interference was proven conclusively and several members of the Trump campaign were charged and convicted for dealings with Russia. Joe Biden made it clear he would let science guide his response to the Covid virus and he demonstrated this with small, safe rallies. The Democrats also spent months promoting early and absentee voting. Having a candidate who believed in science and public safety resulted in a record turnout. The fact that Trump supporters aren't fans of science and public safety doesn't change the facts as observed.
