US to Thailand Mail Update?

Yes it is working had a parcel mailed from the states took about 6 weeks, tracked it on line and all the delay was in Thailand post.

How do they send it?

If you have a Citi Bank account in  in US you can have the replacement card sent to the Citi Bank in Bangkok and pick it up there.
