Riddle me this:  If unfounded then why this?

Senators Introduce Petition to Call Special Session

As the Petition makes clear, testimonial and other evidence given before the Georgia Senate Judiciary Subcommittee demonstrated a systemic failure to observe Georgia Election laws.

i'll bite!

why this?  playing politics.

"as the petition makes clear" is meaningless.  that's the same as saying "as rudy's demented ravings make clear."  just allegations.

bring on the proof, kiddo.

These are allegations, not evidence.

I can allege you are having sexual relations with a goat, but unless I can produce a photo or a DNA sample matching yours, my allegation is without foundation.

but wait, there's more!

congressional democrats can introduce a bill demanding impeachment for collusion.

riddle me this indeed.

Your first question is an inapt and inept analogy.

You have as much time as anyone to review the charges.  Given the seriousness and the dire implications of the charges it would be irresponsible not to investigate on your own.  A nation of the people, by the people and for the people demands it's citizenry is properly informed.  Or at least interested in what the truth might be.  My advice is to rely on one's own sensibilities rather than to relegate them indiscriminately to others.

The first question is an excellent analogy; many people choose to believe the earth is flat and reject all evidence to the contrary.  The same is happening regarding the election result.

I monitor the progress o of the challenges to the election result by reading credible news sources.  It's the same way I monitor the progress of the development and approval of the Covid 19 vaccines.  The vaccine is progressing much better than the election challenges.

I don't have time to delve into the details of the dozens of attempts to overturn the election result and verify the evidence.  I trust a combination of the US courts and free press to assess the validity of the claims.  So far nothing has come close to a convincing argument for overturning the election of Joe Biden.

You have lots of time to post here.  That time could be spent otherwise, could it not?  That's a rhetorical question.  There simply is no reason to abdicate your responsibility to inform yourself.  There are only excuses.  You have the right to choose for yourself but I reject any excuses given as substitutes for valid reasons.  I educate myself.  So I am proof of what is possible.

Yeah, and add to that his rallies are almost all in more backwater areas, the types of regions where people go to watch haircuts on Saturday night. So going to a rally for many of those people is the most exciting thing they've done in their entire lives.

Stereotype  much........

Give it up buddy.  You're on the losing side here.

This issue is more than worth fighting for.  The implications are dire.  At this point it isn't about Trump vs. Biden any longer.  It's about free and fair elections for all future elections.

Please try not to lump all Trump supporters and Brextiteers the same way. We are NOT all the same.

BTW the thread is about Trump and nothing to do with Brexit.

Its just that the same names with the same allergy to facts pop up. All the bad news is always fake.

I see exactly the same traits, news articles are always fake and its all 1 big conspiracy.

So sorry Bild that i say what others are thinking. I think both groups are quite blind to facts. Now there might be a few that can be persuaded by facts but not many.

And all the evidence shows the election was free and fair. There has been zero evidence to counter that.

Affidavits are legal evidence.  Look it up if you wish.  Lots of legal sites available to verify this.  All affidavits are unsubstantiated and require verification.  Until that time they are neither true, but neither are they false.

Why do they refuse to provide this massive evidence to the courts.

You've asked that question before and I gave you an answer.

What are the specific allegations in the affidavits.

Why hasnt rudy produced them to the court.

There are many affidavits available for the public to read.  Your question suggests you have not the interest to find and read them.  Why is it that I've been able to read quite a few of them?

Your second question is revealing as well.  Do you think Rudy walked into court with an empty briefcase?

You are wrong, as has been confirmed by dozen of courts. Unless all those affidavits haven’t been presented to those courts, of course, but then guess why that is...
