Your flight number is not a required field. It can be left blank. If it does not have a red asterick beside it is not required.

Thanks ubonjoe for such a quick response.  You are a star

Khon Kaen office - I find it very odd that I can do an online 90-Day very easily by just quoting Passport No., TM6 No. etc., with no supporting documents but if I attend the office to do the 90-Day, as I did when renewing my Marriage Extension last week, then a number of document copies are necessary. It's not difficult, just odd and illogical but to be expected of Thai Immigration, I suppose.

I used the iOS Mobile app with success once about a year ago. It has not worked for me since then, The PC option worked since then until this time where it's telling to check with my local office.

The only difference (if it's a difference at all) is that I renewed my Retirement Extension early December. I can't help but wonder if I'm now required to visit the office in person at least once after an Extension renewal. Can the system be this smart ?

Visiting the office in person is not a problem, but I'm just wondering out loud.

This is one assumption many of us are working under.

Just waiting for the first folks in this category to report in. Ext-stay/ret-inc/CW for me mid-Sep. 90-day online "see office", so filed in person end-Oct, next report due 28 Jan. Hopefully Online will work, but haven't seen any reports here or on FB indicating it will.

what do you do when you can't remember the flight you arrived on 2 years ago?

Go look for old luggage tags on your suitcase.

Just back from SamutPrakran Immigration for In-Person 90 day report. We asked the IO about the online not working and he confirmed that if something changes in your status, i.e, renewal of Retirement Extension (in my case), then the online would not recognize you and tell you to 'check with local office'. He said mine should work next time (March), or until I renew again in December 2021.

No auto renewal (so far) from Kanchanaburi. I normally give them a call when I get the pendiing status and they approve over the phone.

Am due soon in person to show my bankbook still has all their money after renewing my extensin 3 months ago so I may ask them about automating this as my 90 day is the same day. Perhaps they are not aware of this feature.

Did you extend your retirement extension in person, or do it using an agent? Sometimes, an extension using an agent can have some nasty side effects.

I got instant approval back in October when I did my first ever online report online after over 5 years of trying.

Is it now also available to those whose last entry was before sometime in 2013 and have new passport in the meantime (without reentering the country)?

Myself and others have been able to do it with old entries and/or a new passport.

That's good news. No more headache with postal or in person report.

(it's a 100 km for me and Khon Kaen has lost attraction )

I've always dealt with immigration myself. Frankly I wouldn't know how to even get an agent.

In Bkk, I was in the same boat, a

December extension with the due date for the 90-day report not long after.

Submitted online via the website portal ('extranet'.) Accepted, was 'Pending' for six days, including two days past the due date, before seeing it 'Approved' when checking the status. Email notification of approval came in about the same time.

So in my case at least, no need for an in-person report following an extension.

Seen many, many similar reports here and on FB, which shoots a hole in our theory. Have even seen a report of a foreign couple, on the exact same timetables, where one was able to file online successfully, while the other was not (immediately after an ext stay).

But there must be a cause, it can't just be random? Or could it?

Wanted to edit, it was actually three days past the due date when the submission got 'Approved'. This was a Thursday, was kind of sweating it out. If it had not gotten 'Approved' that day or the next, was gonna have to get out to MTT on the following Monday, which would be day 7 past the due date. (Unless 'Approved' was given on Monday AM.)

In my experience, for me in Bkk,  the system does not give any 'Approved' notices over the weekend.

Do you have a VPN active? If yes then turn it off.

There are also some Thai IP addresses that have been reported as causing that message.

I have been trying to do the online 90 day report for the past three days but the webpage doesn't have a "live" accept button only the decline button is active. I have tried different browsers but still the same. Anybody else have this problem ?

Hi Joe, yes thay was displayed but when accept is selected nothing happens. Only the decline button works.

Dumb question but has to be asked, did you tick the box ?

No box to tick, only accept or decline buttons. Accept button is grey and cannot be selected. Decline button is the only active button (blue)

That red writing and tick box is not shown on the webpage I have attached a screenshot of the page.

Well that explains the issue but doesn't solve the problem. Can't get to the site from here to have a look (I believe it may be geoblocked).
