People who visited any of a number of locations in Pattaya and Sattahip have been urged to contact health officials immediately.

This just shows you the futility of having locations such as Makro, Big C, and Tesco Lotus take pictures and have logs of who enters and leaves.  It is an impossibility to do this sort of massive contact tracing unless you have GPS trackers on everyone and it records your every day movements to a computer who can store and sort the information.  Does anyone really believe there is even one person who has been contacted from one of the contact sheets everyone is diligently filling out upon entering a business.
