Does anyone have any idea what to do. A friend of mine will arrive tomorrow from abroad in Bangkok. He will go two weeks in quarantine and after the quarantine he wants to come to korat where he lives. If you follow the rules then he also have to go in quarantine when he arrives in Korat. Does anyone know what he can do that he only have to go for two weeks of quarantine in Thailand.
