Video: Still Thai and foreign "tourists" enjoying the clear water at Jomtien

 

 

Thai media 77kaoded shared a video from Pattaya News with the caption: Clear water at Jomtien. 

 

The video explained - along with some background muzak - that despite it being quiet there were still Thai and foreign tourists enjoying a swim and sunbathing.

enjoying is a bit of an overstatement.

we go down to the local beach 2 or 3 times a week, very quiet and peaceful, clean too.  Still have some beach restaurants operating as normal, but no alcohol. 

When swimming a bit further from the beach water is full of tiny brown color threads, dont know what is that, but looks disgusting

Well, I had a swim yesterday, Jomtien, and the water is quite good.

Hand down beats the closed swimming pool at the condo.
