From today  the regular Thapphraya rd- Suvarnabhumi bus has been in service again.

Limited for now  :    10.30 am   and 15.30 pm

From Suv.:       10:30, 13:00, 16:00
From Pattaya: 08:00, 11:30, 15:30 (11:30: different from OP?)

Very reasonable and sensible timings given the current reduced demand. 

I assume the bus from North Pattaya to Ekkamai is also up and running?

Yes I think there is another thread with the times on that one, more frequent.

A recent update to their website says they're running from 6:00am until 5:00pm, every 1-2 hours depending on passengers (or something like that).  9:00am until 6:00pm for the reverse journey.

Thanks,  the frequent service from Ekkamai on the return journey is a better option for me at the moment. Nice to have the 2 options again.
