The controversial "Baan Sukhawadee" - a major tourist attraction for Chinese tourists pre-pandemic is facing further trouble. 
 
A demolition order for encroachment on many rai of public land has been found on appeal to be only part of the problem.
 
More buildings will soon have to be torn down.
 
Planning officers were at the site yesterday removing the old orders.

They were quoted by Manager as saying that this time they have got it right and the full extent of the encroachment can now be proven. 
 
Baan Sukhawadee was built on 11 rai of land in 2000 by Dr Panya Chotithewan who is the owner of Thailand's largest chicken farm, Saha farms.

It is like a museum theme park with classical architecture in a variety of styles.
 
It mainly appeals to Chinese and Asian toursts. There was a a big fire in one of the buildings there in the middle of last year.
