Yup.  They locked things down and waited on the idiots to come up with a vaccine. 

Looks like they ordered 150 million doses for their 25 million inhabitants.  Hoarding much?  I wonder which 50 million people won't be getting a vaccine because they're in Oz?

No surprise here then, but no mention of the 1.5 bn Baht that Japan has donated to Thailand to help with the Covid outbreak and to purchase further supplies of vaccine... ????
