Thai gf on a 6 month visa.

Featured Replies

My Thai gf is Currently on a stay here in the uk. Booked to fly back in august.  As she already has a 6 month uk visa, on returning to Thailand does she still require certification of entry forms.  Also what’s the deal with quarantine is it free for Thais thanks in advance.

Maybe you don't want it.....but you can (still?) extend her visa.

My Thai niece was due to return last November, but is still in the UK due to covid.

She came here in feb booked to go back in august.  I’m looking at the Thai embassy London. Only has option for non Thais who will require certificate of entry form.  However Thai airways have the option for Thais to complete the form also.   So just wondering do Thai people need this form returning to Thailand. Thanks.

As of now.. Yes, your GF will need to apply for CoE, State Quarantine is free for Thai’s. She will also need a Fit to Fly certificate.

In August, who knows.... things may change by then.

Thai’s apply for Certificate of Entry through the same MFA website foreigners do.

Thanks for the info. Wasn’t sure as the web site embassy London only has option for non Thai residents.

Current information on the Embassy website is below, you need to select the Thai language version of the website to get to it.

The website of the Thai embassy in London probably has the information for repatriation flights for Thai nationals on pages in Thai language. Have your Thai friend look there and also at the embassy's Facebook page.
