Does it include corruption or is it business as usual?

Corruption is just plain greed, adultery is how they show their "manhood!"

I've heard that showing their manhood is not much to write home about.

it is the duty and responsibility of the immediate superior of the official concerned to conduct a fact-finding probe and to take immediate disciplinary action.

And there people, is the flaw!  Never gonna happen & if it does, a wee brown envelope will make it all go away. ????

A wee brown is that a "brownie"?

I heard that "wee" often when living in Scotland .

I didn't realise that 'committing' adultery is in any way a crime.

It's not, is it?

It is in Thailand, just the same as prostitution is illegal.

Sexual harassment I can understand, but adultery?

What business is it of theirs what a husband and/or wife do it don't do?

What century are we living in?

Sexual harassment totally different, anyone involved in that should be instantly dismissed.

does this mean from now on I have to put my pants on when the maid comes over?

I must confess I don't understand why sexual harassment even needs to occur here, when there is so much comfort offered at so little cost.

Nothing will happen.

The real problem is there is no will to go after bad apples, or corrupt authorities, and certainly not the army, or the police.

Quite the contrary.

It'll be another tool to go after the opposition candidates, leaving the others unscathed.
