A hotel in Thailand’s Sukhothai province, the business of which has suffered due to the COVID-19 pandemic, has remodeled itself into an outdoor barbecue restaurant, with large model dinosaurs.

The dinosaur-themed eatery is located near Sukhothai airport, where customers, especially families, can enjoy a barbecue, watch the sunset and take pictures with the large dinosaurs.

The manager of Sabai Sabai Hotel said that the staff came up with ways to generate more income, as the number of visitors decreased, and noticed that children love to take pictures of the large dinosaur models in the garden outside the hotel.

I guess it fits in perfectly with extinction of tourism

Outside Huahin on the bypass highway near Makro there is a large lot filled with full-scale model dinosaurs made from ferro-cement. They are brilliantly painted and very realistic. They are being built there by some local firm and one is free to roam around and touch them.  I'm sure these are being sold around the country as some disappear and new ones built regularly.
