Need to contact an English speaking person at this company but having no luck.

Initially I get someone one the phone speaking poor English and when they don't understand

who I need to speak to I am cut off.

Anybody with similar experience?

I go to Advice in Phuket Town. Excellent English speaking staff. Haven't been there since Covid hit and have never called them by phone (076 213 345) - prefer face to face.

Basically all IT people have to be able to understand at least basic English. Otherwise they don't survive in that job.
