So I get that I require Covid Insurance ( 100K ) to initially enter into Thailand from overseas.

Being married to a Thai, if we choose to stay in Thailand longer term and I convert to a Non-O....

What are the rules \ requirements regarding a longer term stay to maintain the insurance?

The only requirement for the covid 19 insurance is for it to valid for the permit to stay you get when entering the country.

Thanks for the reply UJ.

Just confirming my understanding of what you have written....

Enter on a 30 Day Visa Waiver and all one requires is a 30 ( call it 1 month ) Covid Insure period?

At this time you will get a 45 day entry. You can also extend it for 30 days at immigration.

You will need insurance for the 45 day entry and a onward ticket
