Pattaya prices are so cheap now why would you want to share?

I have a house to rent, walk to everything you could want with only the sound of birds, and CCTV border walls gate security etc.

 

But I'm not sure practically how two sharers would even make it work.

 

There are 3 beds 3 baths. Even two kitchens and two stove hobs, 2 of the beds have aircon as does the lounge.

 

First problem, divvying up the aircon. I can see that being a huge issue!

 

Any ideas?
