On Monday i leave my home and go stay in a hotel for 1 night the hotel takes my passport details and reports me to immigration, 

Tuesday I check out of the hotel and go stay in another hotel for 2 nights 

That hotel doesn't bother to take my passport details and doesn't report me to immigration. 

I check out Wednesday and go home I go to immigration on Thursday to do my tm 30.

But now I'm 2 days late reporting and will be fined. 

How do I get over this problem that is not my fault. 

You don't need to do TM30 unless you change your address (meaning where you live)

You do not need to do a TM30 report after staying in a hotel now. That was changed in June of last year.

You only need to do a TM30 now if you change your address that immigration has in your records.

I never heard they change it again they might change it back again without notice
