According to the certificate of entry website you have to apply at the Thai embassy in Rome.

See: https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/regis/step?language=en

What documents do you need certified by the Honorary consulate?

The fee for a single entry tourist visa is 35 euro on the Rome embassy website.

http://www.thaiembassy.it/index.php/en/consular-services/visa-application

Visum via consulate, coe via rome.

Documents are:

copy of yellow slip
copy of insurance
copy of flight ticked
copy of ASQ hotel booking
copy of bank account statement

I know the cost for visa but never ever hear about document fees.? Cant find any info on thai embassy website in austria, germany and greece, also honorary consul in austria did not know anything about document fees.

The quick buck at the expense of thai tourism or every honorary consul can make his own pricelist?

I dont know, thats why i asking.

BTW rome is italy, here is cyprus. Can not go there.

No sure what the yellow slip is.

The bank statement is not required for COE application. It is only needed for the visa application.

All the others you upload copies ot them to the COE website whey you apply (no certification is required). After you get the visa sticker in your passport you upload a copy it,
