Vaccine distribution is Thailand’s urgent national priority

If there is insufficient refrigerated distribution, now would be a good time to fix the problem. Same for finding & training sufficient vaccination staff and sundries.

These people can't see beyond tomorrow unless it pads their personal bank accounts.

Vaccine distribution is not the top priority.  Vaccine procurement is surely the top priority.  You cannot distribute what you do not have.

They should have been working on this for a year already.

He just now figured this out after dragging his heals along with Anutin as they waited for the Homemade vaccine to be rolled out so they could show how bitchin they are.  Well looks like it came back

That didn't deter PM Prayut who already has had his AZ vaccination despite limited distribution of Sinovac and Spudnik vaccines to Thais.

It's not a question of the AZ facility opening on time. It has already (unconfirmed by any outside company party) produced "five lines" of AZ but seems will not release until July 2021. Current inventory of AZ doses has not been disclosed to the public, apparently including the government that is paying for the vaccines.

Your comments on Thailand's AZ facility are interesting, but where is the evidence for your claims?

I have been taking a flu vac jab every year  since 1990!

I have no problem taking one of these Pfiser or Sputniks!

I'll pass on the china vaccine
