Vaccination Validity

Featured Replies

When the Thai authorities first mentioned the possible reduction in quarantine duration they talked about travel being within 3 months of completion of vaccine doses.

When the actual changes to quarantine were announced, as far as I know, there was no mention of how long after vaccination you would be able to enter Thailand and recieve 7 days quarantine (or indeed no quarantine in Phuket from 1 July).  My second vaccine date is 25 May so if it is still 3 months, I'd have to travel within 90 days of that to qualify.

Does anyone have an update on this?

I am waiting as well for updates on this matter.First of all, why should vaccinated travellers need to quarantine and secondly, where is the scientific based reason behind the 3 months period requirement?
