From Pattaya. Went to look for a Mazda CX-5 at the local dealership. They only have 2019 model of the CX-5. Could not understand salesperson; communication in English through masks is like talking through mud.

 

Anybody knows why 2020 or 2021 model of CX-5 is not available? Would it be better to go to a large Mazda dealership in Bangkok, if so, can you recommend a dealership? Thanks.

Unsure why the Pattaya dealer is lacking more recent stock. However, I have previously dealt with 2 Mazda dealers in Bangkok, one appalling dealership in Minburi and one excellent dealership in Ekkamai at Sukhumvit Soi 65. If buying again I would definitely buy from Mazda Sukhumvit 65 again.
