School enrollment planned next week. Not a mass gathering?

Mrs called the kids new school yesterday, big school too, 100s of kids. They say we have to turn up next week to enroll, buy books etc. I told my wife to ask them what about Covid? Can we come and pay now and we'll get the books etc later or something? Nope, if you are worried come in the afternoon. And I will bet London to a brick there will be queues nose to tail to pay, to get books, to get uniforms etc. And only right at the front of the queue will there be a couple of footprints for the correct social distancing and a bottle of alcohol. Surely something like this comes under "mass gathering". Don't know why they can't just do stuff like this online. Not want think too mutt no doubt
