It's unclear to me whether visitors (domestic expat, in this case) would be required to quarantine when flying from one of the "red zone provinces" to Koh Samui - there's some conflicting advice out there.  I fully understand that this is a fluid situation and could (and probably will) change daily, but does anybody know if this is the case AT THIS POINT?  Appreciate your input, as always....

I would avoid holidaying on any island, because might be difficult to leave.

Unless you want to escape infected city and hole up for a long time on some isolated, small island
