Antigen tests, free for Thai’s not free for foreigners - outrage...

A foreigner reported passing into Pukhet (land) no charge for a foreigner taking the test.

Others reported their Thai friends are not being tested anyway !

Now...  antigens tests are not free for Thai’s.

--------

Foreigners can get covid vaccines

Foreigners will be changed for Covid Vaccines

Covid vaccines free for foreigners

Foreigners can’t get Covid vaccines until all Thai’s get them

IF the Thai authorities are consistent in one thing if the guarantee that at every single opportunely they will be inconsistent in their approach and generally create an environment of utter confusion !

Ensuring any person entering the Island of Phuket (and other Islands) where covid-19 could be more readily controlled is more important to the economy of the Island, ergo the authorities, thus, testing should be free for Thai’s and anyone else - its a no brainer.

Are they planning to keep all this going even after 15 May....!?!?! ????

I thought most restrictions were announced till 12 May and hopefully by then - they stop testing (wink wink ????) and - no more cases found so we can go back to normal...!!!

Perhaps there won't be any need to test, after 15th May. Perhaps that's why everyone pays. To deter the requests for tests. No requests to test, no tests, no Covid, job done. Phuket is free from Covid.
