Due to some isue with the online reporting system I'm forced to do a 90-day report at MTT.

Therefore, I thought that I would take the opportunity to get a residency certificate.

What do I need to provide them,?

For what it matters I'm on an O VVisa marriage.

Certificate will be used for renewing a driver's license.

I think I just gave them standard passport pages. Photo page, copy of TM6, most recent entry stamp, last extension. The main thing they want is your 90 day report.

You will do 90 day report at desk A.

You then need to go downstairs to make photocopy of it. (that's a pain as queue).

Back upstairs and obtain B#.  Back to where you obtained 90 report at A desk. Next to it is B desks.

Then pay 200baht. 

Not required (on my experience) lease, TM30 etc. The form for the RC is provided at queue number/doc check desk. You can make an appointment for the 90 day report .
