I'm looking for a 2-3 bedroom house near or on Lad Phrao between the Pahon Yoltin MRT and Big C. As far as cost goes, I can afford a 28,000 baht ceiling. A newish house preferred. Also, looking for a house between the Ratcada/Lad Phrao intersection and the Thailand Cultural Center MRT stop. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

On the eastern side there are Moo Banhs along the Pracha Uthit road (thinking of Kesini village). Just have a walk and talk to the guards - that's how I found my house.

On the western side, there is a posh appartment building next to the Thailand Cultural Centre station (Carrefour-side). However, it looks expensive and noisy so close to Rajada Rd.

Otherwise, there are also many good new houses in Moo Banhs along Latprao Soi 71. Hope that helps.
