yes easy done as it was reported in the thread regarding the release today of yesterdays covid stats.

Chulaborn Academy was granted permission to import vaccines, this was announced earlier this month, for research and testing purposes only.

I can't read the gazzette-y thing, so am unsure if something has changed.

 

My guess is that the academy is not now in the business of pruchasing and importing mass quantities of vaccines.

 

Might they experiemnt on a few people to test side-effects and efficacy? Sure.
