Popular Post 1FinickyOne
what are your experiences? anything paranormal? my favorite boy dog was dying and I sat up all night petting him, trying to give him comfort... at 6 a.m. I told him it was ok to go and told him to look for my old favorite girl dog who had been my first dog and died 40 years prior. I told him they would be great friends. I went downstairs and made my coffee and when I returned ten minutes later, he had passed on. Ten minutes after that, a photo that I had in a square wooden frame with solid base fell over with a thud. My floors are concrete and solid. The frame sat on a teak file cabinet that was incredibly heavy. There were 4 similar frames on top, but only one fell, though there was no movement to provoke it falling. It was the frame that held the photo of my first dog. He found her, I thought. 12
Popular Post faraday
I have had many experiences. Last week I had 2 nights in hospital, in a private room so my wife was with me all the time. After my op I was unable to move much coz my back was hurting too much. There was a table by my side about 2 feet away from my bed with my glasses & phone on it. During the night, I heard my glasses fall to the floor. I am certain that neither I or my wife had touched the table. The next day my wife & I talked about it, & thought it was a bit odd. Later that day my wife went to 7 & bought a medium size plastic food box & put it on another table on the other side of the room. While she was having a shower, the box fell off the table, despite it being a long way from the edge. 2

Popular Post chalawaan
I was a sceptic, until I had a paranormal experience, and so did my wife at the time, and we only both found out that it had happened to both of us, after I told her about the strange "dream" I had of two people in 1950's clothes fighting at the foot of our bed. It was valentines day evening 1987. She had gone to sleep earlier and I had put some flowers on her side table as a surprise, but in the morning the flowers and side table were at the foot of the bed, to the best of our knowledge, we've never sleepwalked, and the dream discussion only happened because she asked why I had put her flowers at the foot of the bed. I would have forgotten the "dream" had the flowers not been moved, by someone or something, also why did my sceptic wife also claim to have the identical dream? too many unexplained events tying in for it to be anything other than paranormal. One day I must see if police records relating to that address hold any clues. I've also heard the story of a deceased beloveds customary perfume wafting throught their house and yet they had died in hospital, I have heard this story from two women, one was Mexican the other Singaporean. Different cultures, very different religions, same phenomena. Edited June 6, 2021 by chalawaan 3
Popular Post Surelynot
I thought I had a paranormal experience once.... In bed, in a Berlin hotel, with a delightful young Thai lady and woke up to see a very large, mysterious figure stood at the foot of our bed.....just looking at us.......swaying slightly It was dark, obviously, I was tipsy and just stared back, frozen with fear.......... then in German the figure said, "oh sorry not my room"....and went.........we had left the door unlocked and he had just wandered in........
Popular Post worgeordie
The Wife, the kids and I were living in a rented farmhouse in Hamilton, New Zealand, We could feel a presence in the house , never mentioned to the kids, but they must have felt it too, and we had to go into the bedroom until they fell asleep. I was not a threatening presence , it came across that it was pleased to have us there, it used to turn on the switch for the water heater , for when we would return home, so everything was fine, until the last week before we were leaving , then you could feel it had changed, and in the end we were glad to leave. A friend was staying my house in the UK, it used to belong to my Grandparents, so the friend in the morning was in the bathroom , and he was looking in the mirror , behind him he could see an old lady, when he described her ,it was my grandmother, she was into spiritual stuff , seances , and that. ‘There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, / Than are dreamt of in your philosophy.’ regards Worgeordie 3

Nothing paranormal [maybe some sleep enhancers] for me but a few incidents, I am not sure if they were real or dreams...
Popular Post connda
Shortly after my daughter died I woke up one night with the feeling like she was standing outside of my bedroom door. Then my cat dropped to the floor in front of my door. The thing is, there was nothing to "drop from" outside the door. No furnishings, no table. Nada. I was like. "Who was just holding you?"
Popular Post clivebaxter
About 20 years back I used to take a girl out of Thermae, not for the sex which she was rubbish at but she was good fun and had a lot of stories to tell. One night we were in the gloomy promenade on suk soi 8 and she told me her friend was there with us. Hey? she said her friend had died of HIV and the funeral was upcountry, her sprit asked Ann (mystic Ann) what to do and she told her to follow her back to bkk. After that her spirit looks over her most of the time and warns her off bad guys. By this time I had heard a few of her paranormal stories which she related matter of fact as if nothing out of the ordinary. In the end I tried to avoid her and as I knew she always sat a the same place in Thermae at the end in front of the stairs I went in the back way via the toilets as I had walked up the soi anyway and had not been on sukumvit. Blow me there she was waiting and said what took me so long. Asked what did she mean, she said her dead friend told her I was coming tonight and this way, don't see how anyone could have seen me and told her in time. So off we went to another night of ghostly tales, at least I never had to pay a joiner fee for her friend. 2
Popular Post soalbundy
Most of my family emigrated to Australia years ago. My mother was badly injured in an accident aged 89, she never recovered consciousness and died in hospital. My brother who had a very close relationship to her stayed by her side until the last. He was extremely upset and left all the funeral arrangements to my sister, she was to be cremated after a church service although none of us regard ourselves as Christian. He refused to go to the service and wanted nothing to do with the funeral, almost as if he was pretending nothing had happened. On the day of the funeral he got out his big bike and went for a 200 km drive around the countryside and came back via a different part of town he had never been to, seeing a cafe he parked his bike in a park garden opposite to get a snack, then noticed all his relations in the garden, it was the crematorium where our mother was to be cremated and the service was about to start so he joined them. He said it felt to him as if our mother wanted him to be there, but it was probably coincidence....why spoil it.
Popular Post GreasyFingers
I have had several experiences that could not be explained in normal physical terms. I find it easy to accept there is another dimension out there, that some of us experience while others do not. Loved all of the stories.
Popular Post toofarnorth
Many years ago , probably about 40 , I went back after much traveling around to an old watering hole . After closing time we went back to a place that a mate was renting wich was part of the remains on an old monastry . I went to pick up my glass of beer but I couldn't reach it , I tried again . I thought I was having a fit . Then I was told ' Oh that is Jock the mad monk , he does that sometimes '. No body laughed as it had happened before.

Popular Post toofarnorth
Not sure if it was coincidence or paranormal. In 1970 4 of us went overland , 15 countries in 15 weeks ending up in Australia after selling the Bedford Dormobile in India. The thought of all this future going abroad gave us all vivid dreams. I had one where I was driving a Landrover on a sunny day between rolling hills. Silly some said as we are not going in a Landrover but a Bedford. In Australia I got a job working for Australian Aerial Mapping and I was asked if I would care to drive a Landrover up to Roebourne in the NW of Aus. Yep halfway up the west coast road from Perth there I was in a Landrover driving between green hills. The dream is still vivid. 3

True, coincidence is the wrong word, causality is the master of all things, your tomorrows are causal events, you just haven't got there yet but they await you on the causal wave that started at the big bang, you can change nothing, every choice you make has its causal origin, the whole universe is a causal event as is every colliding atom. 1

toofarnorth
I wonder if any of you have very weird dreams that seem more than just dreams. Do we connect with others ? A common one I have is an odd looking pub. I go up the stairs from the down stairs bar and at the upper bar are 4 blokes . I have never met them except in my dream yet I know their names. I keep hoping one night the dream will reveal the pub name and the 4 guys sitting there. Do , when we sleep have our dreams join others as they float about ? Or am I just dreaming ?
toofarnorth
Talking of cats which we are not. I remember years ago reading about a hospice and a lovely cat there. The nurses knew which patient was dying next as this cat went on the bed at night to share a last moment with the patient.

Freigeist365
I did a seance once with friends, almost 40 years ago. We "talked" to several spirits that night, including my grannie and auntie who both passed away a few years before. We got answers to questions like, "Will there be world peace? What year and initiated by whom?" and the answers were all correct as we later found when the Berlin wall fell and "Gorbie" was our friend... all answers correct, down to the very year (1989). Several other answers also were correct and I would find out about that several years later as only a few family members held the key, respectively knew the true answer to different questions that puzzled me and were "not to be spoken about". During the seance, there were changes in room temperature and also strange things happening with electric circuits. We were all amateurs, no "professional" medium was present who could have fiddled things. But the kicker was the following... We have been sitting there for what felt maybe a maximum of two hours with the seance starting at 23:00h, suddenly, the sun came up and it was 07:00 in the morning, just like a time slip. My kitchen clock stopped dead at 01:00 am and it was working before and never failed me, yet - that clock would never work again, unrepairable damage to the circuit, battery full... I also have premonition dreams - they come as three successive dreams over a period of two weeks, getting more and more detailed with each successive dream... I knew the gender of my 1st and 3rd child before the ultrasound was due and saw a car accident I was involved in coming weeks before. My car (full loss) had damages that were similar to the ones in the last dream - to the T!!! Also had an NDE in the 2004 tsunami of which I had only premonition dream one or two, but the NDE alone was something that could fill a book... 1

The night after he died I came home about 9 pm and a dove was flying frantically around our adjoining balconies (unusual for a dove to be flying around that time of night). When exhausted it dropped to the floor of our balcony, so knowing what the Thais thought, sat on there and "talked' to the dove for about 10 minutes. It then flew away. The next morning I looked at my wrist watch and then at the time on the computer. The watch was working but was 12 minutes slow. Never had it do that before or after the experience. 1

greenmonkey
Yes I had one about 15 years ago. I was living in London and we'd been told that my gran was on deaths door. That night I was sleeping and I woke because of a light shining in my room. I sat up in bed and stared at this light that was shining on to the wall opposite my bed. Sometimes the neighbours light would shine in through the blinds but I looked out and there was no light on outside. I couldn't work out where it was coming from but just sat there staring at it for what felt like ages. I looked at my clock (5am) and went back to sleep. Around 8 or 9am my dad calls me to tell me my nan had died. I instantly thought about the light and asked him what time she passed thinking surely not... but yes, it was the exact same time... 5am. I waited years before I told my mum about it for fear of upsetting her. God Bless herxx
tomazbodner
Still cracking my head over a photo I took with a new Fuji camera I've just bought at Central World a decade or so back. I checked photos before, whether there would be anything on them to indicate sensor burn-in or something, but there was nothing like it on it. There were 2 sets of "legs" as a dark shadow and a blurred tops like if someone was moving on long exposure... But I've taken another photo just a couple of seconds earlier (and there was nothing in that area nor anywhere near enough to get to that area) on it. I did not notice anything at the time I took photo, only once I got home and loaded it to computer and then was like... what the ... is that???! Hasn't happened before or after though. I believe I have that photo somewhere but might take time to find it. Maybe someone else has explanation.
